Online Ordering & Shopping Policy (the “Policy”) 

TERMS FOR ONLINE ORDERING AND DELIVERY SERVICES 

Order processing and delivery time  

Delivery to Area / Address: We only accept orders to be sent to valid Singapore residential addresses and business addresses. If the address you provide is incorrect or incomplete, the delivery will be affected, and the products will be returned. In this case, we will not be able to refund the shipping fee, but it will not affect the refund of the products you have purchased. 

Arrangement for failure to receive the products: If you are unable to receive the products as scheduled due reasons attributable to yourself, please promptly contact us at adasg.hh-enquiries@ada-asia.com to make alternative delivery arrangements. In order to facilitate the alternative delivery arrangement, we may charge additional administrative fees at our sole discretion. If you fail to arrange the new delivery date within 2 weeks from the originally intended date of delivery, our company may cancel your order without making a refund due to your failure to make alternative delivery arrangements. 

Delivery arrangement: After the order is successfully placed and the payment is completed, the system will deliver the products according to the delivery address and delivery time you provided. The working days of Swisse online store are from Mondays to Fridays, Singapore time, excluding Singapore eve of public holidays and public holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Singapore eve of public holidays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day. 

Note: 

Please ensure that the recipient's mobile phone number and the delivery address provided is correct in order for the recipient to receive delivery update notifications via SMS or phone calls.  

All the ownership, title and risk of loss and / or damage to the products you have purchased are transferred to you when the products leave our company’s premises, provided that the company has received full and valid payments for the products.  

General Terms and Conditions  

By accessing any area of https://shop.swisse.com.sg/ you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions.  

To the extent permitted by law, Health & Happiness (H&H) Singapore Pte Ltd (the “Company”) will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of reputation, goodwill, etc.) . The company does not assume any responsibility for losses caused by its personnel, employees, agents, sub-contractors (including without limitation delivery providers), vendors, sellers or customer service personnel. 

The Company will not be liable for any damages, losses or expenses including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages caused by the following: (1) Access or use of this website and / or other websites linked to and from this website (collectively referred to as "Linked Websites"), (2) Access or use of this website’s online ordering services or the online payment systems, (3) Interference or inaccessibility to this website during access or use; or (4) Reliance on any information, content or products displayed on this website or Linked Websites.  

As far as the online payment system is concerned, to the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages) suffered by you due to the following reasons: (1) any malfunction or delay, interruption, unavailability, suspension or any other restrictions affecting your online payment; (2) any error, failure or suspension of your bank payment mechanism; or (3) any other reasons arising from or related to third-party online payment systems.  

To the extent permitted by law, you shall bear your own risk when purchasing any products from this website.   

The information contained in this website is provided for informational purposes only and is not meant to substitute for the advice provided by your doctor or other health care professional. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers), from all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, obligations and damages of every kind, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of: (1) your use and access to this website and Linked Websites; (2) your violation of any terms of this Policy ; or (3) your violation of any law and/or the rights of a third party.  

This Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or related to this Policy, including but not limited to any disputes about its existence, validity or termination, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts for final settlement. 

In case of any dispute between us and you in relation to the interpretation and applicability of this Policy, Swisse Online Store reserves the right of final decision.

 

Refund or Return Policy 

RETURN OR REFUND 

The Swisse online store provides a "Products Return Shopping Guarantee" (excluding the "Non-Returnable Products" specified below), so you can shop with satisfaction. Should a product be damaged during delivery, we will arrange to deliver a replacement product without additional shipping costs.  

After receiving the products, please check whether the order you received is damaged, incorrect, or missing any items. If the products are damaged or incorrect, customers are advised to reject the damaged and incorrect products directly to the dispatcher on site, and ensure that the order email must be kept for record. 

Non-Returnable Products-  Refunds or exchange services are not applicable to the following situations or products: 

Product packaging is not intact (for example, the packaging tape or box is torn off) through no fault of the customer 

Damaged or incomplete products that have been opened or have been used 

Any free gifts and trial gifts 

Products which the customer does not have an order record of  

Before we exchange or refund the product, we will check and verify the returned product. If the product is not eligible for refund or exchange for the reasons set out in this Refund Policy, the product will not be exchanged, refunded (including any points used) and Swisse online store will return the product back to you. 

Products that can be exchanged / returned : If the products delivered are incorrect, damaged, missing or defective, we will arrange an exchange or refund for you. Please process the exchange/refund request within 7 working days after receiving the products. We will not accept any exchange/refund request after this timeline. If the products to be exchanged are sold out, we will refund the payment for the products to your payment method used. 

Replacement / refund process : Please email us a clear picture which illustrates the issue with the product, along with the order number and item number to adasg.hh-enquiries@ada-asia.com in order to apply for a return, and specify in the subject of the email "Swisse Singapore Online Store" to ensure a smooth return process. When we confirm that the return conditions are met, you will receive a confirmation email describing the return process.  Please return the products together with a copy of the confirmation email. After successfully receiving your returned  products, we will arrange a refund in the system. Generally, your payment will be returned to your payment account within 14 working days. 

Note: If the product that you are returning included promotion gifts or special purchase items, please also return the promotional gifts and special purchase items as well, otherwise the refund will not be processed. 

In determining the interpretation of this Refund Policy, eligibility of exchange or refund of any products and any disputes between us and the customer in relation to this Refund Policy, Swisse Online Store reserves the right of final decision.
