TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR “SWISSE WELLNESS FESTIVAL HAMPER REDEMPTION 2022”

This promotion is organized by Health & Happiness (H&H) Singapore Pte Ltd (“HHSG”).

1. Promotion Mechanics:

Spend $100 on Swisse products on the official Swisse Singapore ecommerce platforms and redeem a FREE Swisse Hamper (worth more than $153)!

2. Qualifying Swisse products:

This promotion is only valid for purchase of Swisse products imported and distributed by HHSG only.

3. Promotion Period: 25^th July to 31^st July 2022

4. Redemption Period: You will receive a free hamper once you ordered above $100 worth of Swisse products.
5. Participants must have a valid Singapore contact number and address.
6. Redemption is on a while stocks last basis. Availability and variant of redemption items may vary. HHSG does not guarantee the availability of any variant.
7. HHSG may, without prior notice, (1) replace the redemption item with another item, and (2) terminate this promotion, and amend the promotion mechanics and the terms and conditions.
8. Redemption items are strictly not exchangeable, whether for cash, credit or other items (including other redemption item) in part or in full.
9. HHSG’s decisions on all matters relating to these promotions will be final, binding and conclusive on Participants, and no correspondence will be entertained.
10. HHSG may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any person who does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in these terms and conditions.
11. By choosing to participate in this redemption promotion, each participating Participant agrees and hereby consents that HHSG may collect, use and disclose such participant's personal data to its affiliates, service providers and partners, as provided in this entry form,

for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") and HHSG's data protection policy available at our website https://www.swisse.com.sg: (a) to administer this promotion, including to contact Participants and to conduct verification and other actions in connection with this promotion for the administration of redemption items in relation to this promotion;

(b) use the personal data for promotional, advertising (included targeted advertising) or marketing activities which HHSG and its affiliates believes may be of interest to the Participant;

(c) to send out marketing, advertising (including targeted advertising), communication and promotional materials to the participant relating to any products manufactured, marketed or sold by HHSG and its affiliates, service providers and commercial partners.

16. Any information, personal data and material about or obtained from the Participant may be accessed, stored or otherwise processed in any medium or format determined by HHSG, and may be transmitted across national borders for storage and/or processing in accordance with the PDPA. 18. By participating in this promotion, each Participant agrees that HHSG and its affiliates may collect, use and disclose his/her personal data

(2) for consumer research, promotional and marketing purposes, HHSG and its affiliates may share his/her personal data with third parties to support their administrative and business functions or to carry out cross promotion.
