Directions
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
One tablet daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Use in children under 12 years is not recommended.
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Do not use if cap seal is broken.

WARNINGS:
- This product contains Ubidecarenone and Ginkgo.
- Seek medical advice BEFORE use if you are already taking blood thinning medicines (e.g. aspirin, warfarin) or if you have bleeding tendency.
- This product also contains Camellia sinensis (green tea) extract. Please consult your healthcare professionals before taking the product.
- Small amount of caffeine (4.96 mg per tablet) may also present in the green tea extract.
- Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.
- Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].
- This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
